RNA sequencing reads from human glioblastoma cell lines following radiation therapy

U3035 and U3046 human glioblastoma cells were cultured under standard conditions, with a subset exposed to 8 Gy radiation (220 kV, 13 mA, 3.53 Gy/min). Six hours post-irradiation, total RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Santa Clarita, CA). RNA quality was confirmed via Qubit fluorometry and an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer; only samples with RIN >7.0 were used. Libraries were prepared using the KAPA mRNA HyperPrep Kit and sequenced on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 platform in a 50 cycle paired-end configuration.
