NSW Ombudsman Annual Report 2015-16

Our annual report is a public record of our work for the financial year 2015-16. It provides the community with an opportunity to find out what we have achieved and the way we have achieved it. Although specific investigations and inquiries are generally conducted in private, we may include certain issues or instances of misconduct or maladministration in our annual report if we feel it is in the public interest.本年度报告为2015至2016财年本机构工作的公开记录，旨在为社会公众提供了解本机构工作成果及履职路径的渠道。尽管专项调查与问询通常以非公开方式开展，但如认定相关事项符合公共利益，本机构可在年度报告中收录部分失当行为或管理失当的具体案例。
