Non-Invasive Computer Vision-Based Fruit Fly Larvae Differentiation: Ceratitis capitata and Bactrocera zonata
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises short video clips and corresponding movement data of larval subjects recorded in controlled dish environments. The dataset is organized into 9 subdirectories, each representing a separate recording batch or experimental session. Within each folder are 15-second video clips of individual dishes containing a larva, accompanied by CSV files representing the larva's movement trajectory and behavior over time. Each CSV file contains frame-by-frame annotations of extracted point representations used in behavioral analysis. This dataset is designed for research on automated larval classification, behavioral modeling, and computer vision-based tracking methods. Format: Video: .mp4 format, 15-second duration per clip Annotations: .csv files containing structured point or movement data Use Cases: Biological behavior analysis Computer vision model training Motion tracking algorithms Time series classification
