Combined ITS and plastid data set with 8 samples excluded

This is a nexus file with parsimony commands and is a combined nuclear ITS (sites 1-695) plus combined plastid data set of 6810 positions. The latter comprises trnL-trnF (696-1694), ndhF-rpl32-trnL (1695-3833, subdivided into ndhF (1695-2682) and rpl32-trnL (2683-3833)), trnV-ndhC (3834-5217, with an initial variable region designated at 3834-3934), and trnS-trnG (5218-6810). The data set includes 30 samples of the 38 total in the study; 8 are excluded because of topological conflict between nrITS and plastid results.
