全球土壤呼吸数据(SRDB)是基于已发表文献检索进行数据化而成。SRDB最早发布于2010年,之后开发团队每年会对该数据库进行更新,目前已更新到第五版(SRDB-V5)。SRDB-V5共收录了来自2266篇已发表文献中的数据,测量时间为1961-2019年。SRDB-V5针对俄文和中文文献进行了收录,实现更好全球时空覆盖。数据作者简金世教授在《Earth System Science Data》以论文形式发布了该数据的第五版。论文链接:https://doi.org/10.5194/essd-13-255-2021. 来自美国太平洋西北国家试验的Ben Bond-Lamberty所领导的团队每年都对该数据进行更新,最新的数据可以在GitHub获取:https://github.com/bpbond/srdb 。该数据集包含3个文本文件,包括srdb-data.csv(土壤呼吸及其相关背景信息数据),srdb-studies.csv(土壤呼吸数据库中收录的论文信息),SRDB_Data_Instruction.xlsx(针对srdb-data.csv文件85列的每列进行详细说明的文档)。
The Global Soil Respiration Database (SRDB) was compiled by digitizing data retrieved from published literature. SRDB was first released in 2010, and the development team has updated the database annually ever since, with the current version being the 5th edition (SRDB-V5). SRDB-V5 contains data extracted from 2266 published studies, with measurement periods ranging from 1961 to 2019. To achieve better global spatio-temporal coverage, SRDB-V5 includes literature written in both Russian and Chinese. The 5th edition of this dataset was published as a scholarly article by Professor Jinshi Jian in *Earth System Science Data*, with the paper's DOI link: https://doi.org/10.5194/essd-13-255-2021. The dataset is updated annually by the team led by Ben Bond-Lamberty from the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory of the United States, and the latest version can be accessed on GitHub at https://github.com/bpbond/srdb. This dataset contains three text files, including srdb-data.csv (soil respiration and its associated background information), srdb-studies.csv (information of the studies included in the SRDB), and SRDB_Data_Instruction.xlsx (a document that provides detailed explanations for each of the 85 columns in the srdb-data.csv file).
