Novel phasiRNA siRD29 (-) regulates gibberellin biosynthesis gene StGA3ox3 during stolon-to-tuber transitions in potato

We performed small RNA-sequencing of N. benthamiana leaves co-infiltrated with stu-miR482c and StRGA4 overexpression (OE) constructs. For controls, leaves infiltrated with Agrobacterium containing either empty vector or only StRGA4 OE construct were taken. At 48 hrs post infiltrations, small RNAs were isolated from the infiltrated leaves, and subjected to sequencing.
