We analyzed the metagenome of Gamak pond, in Ulsan, Republic of Korea. We gathered the soil samples of four spots around the pond. Next, bacterial cells were enriched by the density gradient centrifugation method. Then we prepared the genomic DNA of bacterial cells and sequenced each sample using Nextseq 550 system and Illumina NovaSeq 6000 system.
