云南省普洱市-卫生-疾病分析数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品基于所有医疗诊疗记录，构建单个疾病数据分析模型，分析年龄段分布、地区分布、费用情况、疾病发展趋势等

This data product is sourced from the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and below-level medical institutions. The collected data covers various types such as medical record homepages, electronic medical records, examination and laboratory reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. Subsequent data governance and processing were conducted to develop this high-quality medical data product. Based on all medical treatment records, this data product constructs a single disease data analysis model to analyze indicators including age distribution, regional distribution, expense status, disease development trends, and other relevant contents.
