PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive which has high adhesiveness to fabrics while maintaining handleability and is capable of forming a cured product excellent in stretchability. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive contains a urethane prepolymer which has a polyurethane chain containing a constituent unit derived from a polyol and a constituent unit derived from a polyisocyanate， and an isocyanate group bonded to at least one terminal of the polyurethane chain.
