We address the long-standing problem of thermal runaway in high-frequency regimes by introducing a deterministic 7-cycle periodic break mechanism. Furthermore, we derive the master equation governing resonance anchors, integrating the 3I pulse sequence (8-13-8-5-13-8) as a foundational variable. Growth rate modulators, particularly siderophile seed parameters like gold concentration equivalents, are incorporated to map boundary energy distribution across discretized space-time coordinates.
