The number and value of simultaneous speed and red light offences

Released under formal Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Application to Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) - FA#5 15-16\r\n\r\n(1) The a.) total number of drivers subject to simultaneous red light and speeding fine infringements b.) and the face value of those fines, separately, in the \r\n\r\n-2015 calendar year to date, \r\n\r\n-2014 calendar year, \r\n\r\n-2013 calendar year, and\r\n\r\n-2012 calendar year.\r\n\r\n(2) A further breakdown by each red light/speed camera site for a.) number of drivers subject to simultaneous red light and speeding fine infringements and b.) and the face value of those fines, separately, in \r\n\r\n-2015 calendar year to date, \r\n\r\n-2014 calendar year, \r\n\r\n-2013 calendar year, and\r\n\r\n-2012 calendar year\r\n

本数据集系依据正式政府信息公开申请（Government Information Public Access, GIPA）向财政、服务与创新部（Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, DFSI）提交申请后获取，申请编号为FA#5 15-16。

(1) 本次统计包含两项独立指标：
a.) 同时触犯闯红灯与超速两项交通违章、被处以罚款的驾驶员总人数；
b.) 上述两类违章对应的单张罚单面值总额，需分别统计以下四个时间段的对应数据：
- 2015年日历年度截至统计当日的累计数据
- 2014年完整日历年度数据
- 2013年完整日历年度数据
- 2012年完整日历年度数据

(2) 需进一步按每个闯红灯/超速测速摄像头点位进行细分统计，分别统计以下内容：
a.) 该点位对应的同时触犯两项交通违章的驾驶员人数；
b.) 该点位对应的上述违章罚单面值总额，统计时间段与前述一致：
- 2015年日历年度截至统计当日的累计数据
- 2014年完整日历年度数据
- 2013年完整日历年度数据
- 2012年完整日历年度数据
