Feather bacterial community in the feral pigeon

These data were collected during an experimental conducted in 2013 on pigeons housed in aviaries. We measured the composition of feather bacterial communities (data 2), Bacterial load and preening behaviour (Time spent preening). We took into account Zinc exposure, Lead exposure, plumage colouration (Melanin type and Eumelanin level), Sexe, Aviary and Feather weight (data 1).本数据集采集自2013年一项针对笼养于鸟舍（aviary）的家鸽的实验。本研究测定了鸽羽细菌群落组成（数据集2）、细菌载量与理羽行为（理羽时长）；同时纳入锌暴露、铅暴露、羽色（黑色素（Melanin）类型与真黑色素（Eumelanin）水平）、性别、鸟舍以及羽重（数据集1）作为分析变量。
