Dataset Abstract Soil invertebrates were sampled from the main cropping system experiment (KBS004) via 7.5 cm diameter soil cores. Invertebrates were extracted using modified Tullgren funnels for microarthropods and macroarthropods and Baermann funnels for soil nematodes (Freckman, UC- Riverside). Arthropods are classified to the lowest proctical taxon and further classified, when possible, to functional feeding specialization (e.g., fungivore, bacterivore). original data source http://lter.kbs.msu.edu/datasets/15
