Transcriptome sequencing of pig skeletal muscle satellite cells

Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) ubiquitously participates in the dynamic regulation process of myogenesis. In order to characterize the important role of a novel intronic lncRNA TCONS_00323213 in regulating skeletal muscle development, we applied stranded-specific RNA sequencing analysis to identify a catalogue of differentially expressed genes and lncRNAs between TCONS_00323213 function losing group and control group. To gain more precise effect of TCONS_00323213 RNA interference on pig skeletal muscle myogenesis process, we added a time dimension that PSCs were induced differentiation for 24h after transfected with antisense oligonucleotide(ASO) and vehicle ,and 36h after transfected with ASO and vehicle, respectively.
