UserTracker（第三方网民网络行为监测）

UserTracker产品自2007年开始，以应用运营商数据作为核心数据源，基于13.69亿运营商设备洞察中国网民APP、网站、软件的使用行为，在此基础上通过应用App流量指纹等机器学习算法，准确地还原App使用场景，并通过海量数据分析建立了多个用户行为指标，真实反映中国移动和PC以及其他流量域的互联网市场客观情况。

Launched in 2007, UserTracker takes telecom carrier-collected application data as its core data source. Leveraging insights from 1.369 billion telecom carrier-linked devices, it tracks the usage behaviors of Chinese internet users across apps, websites and software. On this basis, it accurately reconstructs App usage scenarios via machine learning algorithms such as App traffic fingerprinting. Additionally, it develops multiple user behavior metrics through large-scale data analysis, which authentically reflects the objective landscape of China's internet market across mobile, PC and other traffic domains.
