中国出口非洲国家电动乘驾式仓储叉车产品订货量数据

通过中国工程机械工业协会工业车辆分会每月公布的基本数据，分析非洲各个国家对电动乘驾式仓储叉车的需求，计算每个国家的全年订货总量、平均每月订货量、订货波动率和订货等级，为国内生产该产品并有意出口非洲市场的公司提供数据支撑，助力该类公司更好的进行非洲市场开拓，提升出口成功率。1.数据采集：通过中国工程机械工业协会工业车辆分会每月公布的基本数据进行采集。 2.数据处理：对基础数据进行分类和处理，计算出非洲各国电动乘驾式仓储叉车产品全年订货总量，平均每月订货量，订货波动率，并对该国根据自己设定的标准赋予该国订货等级。 3.算法加工：根据公式φ=STDEV.S/AVERAGE计算，φ为订货波动率，STDEV.S该国1-12月每月订货量的标准偏差，STDEV.S= √[∑(Xn -AVERAGE)^2/11] ，Xn为每月订货量，AVERAGE为该国1-12月平均每月订货量，从而计算出订货波动率。当φ≤50%时，该国为订货强稳定型国家；当50%＜φ≤100%时，该国为订货一般稳定型国家；当φ＞100%时，该国为订货不稳定型国家。对年订货总量0-25台，26-50台，51-120台，121-240台和241台及以上的国家订货等级分别赋予E,D,C,B,A等。对于等级越高订货波动率越小说明该国对国内该类产品需求越旺盛，进行非洲市场开拓时成功率越高。

Leveraging the monthly published basic data from the Industrial Vehicles Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, this dataset analyzes the demand for electric ride-on warehouse forklifts across various African countries, calculates the total annual order volume, average monthly order volume, order volatility and order grade for each country, and provides data support for domestic manufacturers of this product intending to export to the African market, helping such companies better develop the African market and improve export success rates.
1. Data Collection: Data is collected from the monthly released basic data of the Industrial Vehicles Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association.
2. Data Processing: Classify and process the raw basic data, calculate the total annual order volume, average monthly order volume and order volatility of electric ride-on warehouse forklifts for each African country, and assign an order grade to each country based on a pre-set standard.
3. Algorithm Calculation: The order volatility φ is calculated using the formula φ=STDEV.S/AVERAGE, where STDEV.S refers to the sample standard deviation of the country's monthly order volumes from January to December, with the formula for STDEV.S being √[∑(Xn - AVERAGE)²/11], where Xn is the monthly order volume and AVERAGE is the average monthly order volume of the country across January to December.
Countries are classified into three volatility types: Strongly Stable Order Type when φ≤50%, Generally Stable Order Type when 50%<φ≤100%, and Unstable Order Type when φ>100%. For total annual order volume, countries with 0-25 units, 26-50 units, 51-120 units, 121-240 units and 241 units and above are assigned order grades E, D, C, B and A respectively. A higher order grade corresponds to lower order volatility, indicating a more robust demand for this product in the country, which translates to a higher success rate when developing the African market.
