Using lentiviral vectors encoding gastrointestinal hormone receptors (CCKAR, GLP1R, NPY2R, GLP2R, HTR3A), we established induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines expressing each receptor. To examine the genomic effects of receptor overexpression, transcriptomics analysis was also performed for receptor-expression iPSC (CCKAR-iPSCs, GLP1R-iPSCs, GLP2R-iPSCs, HTR3A-iPSCs, and NPY2R-iPSCs), original wild-type cell lines (WT-iPSCs) without transgenic expression and control mCherry-expressing iPSCs (MOCK-iPSCs).
