Expression data from mouse bladder tissues

PAI-1 is considered as an oncogenic protein. However, PAI-1 deficiency didn’t stop tumor development in animal cancer models. Thus, it is suggested that there may be compensatory pathway that support tumor growth in the absence of PAI-1. We used microarrays to detail the global gene expression and identified differentially genes between genotypes and treatment. We selected mouse bladder tissues isolated from mouse at week 20. There are four groups in this study, including wild type mice treated with/without BBN (bladder carcinogen) and PAI-1 KO mice with/without BBN.
