Associations between physical activity, sedentary behaviour and cardiovascular health markers in those with lower limb osteoarthritis data set

This dataset contains anonymised individual-level data collected as part of a PhD project for a study titled 'Associations between physical activity, sedentary behaviour and cardiovascular health markers in those with lower limb osteoarthritis.' It was a cross-sectional study of adults with clinically diagnosed lower-limb osteoarthritis (hip and/or knee), designed to examine how device-measured and self-reported physical activity and sedentary behaviour relate to markers of cardiovascular health.The dataset includes:<b>Sociodemographic and anthropometric variables</b> (e.g. age, sex, heigh, weight, BMI)<b>Physical activity and sedentary behaviour</b> (e.g. average daily step count, time spent in physical activity and sedentary time metrics)<b>Cardiovascular health markers</b>, including carotid intima–media thickness, flow mediated dialtion, heart rate and blood pressure.
