The present bioproject is part of a broader dataset referenced under the ID PRJEB61527. This bioproject contains 11 Single-cell Amplified Genomes (SAG) selected from taxa under-represented in databases (Perkinsea, Chytridiomycota, Aphelida). The microbial eukaryotic cells were sorted using flow cytometry on water samples of the freshwater Lake Pavin (France) from June and September 2018. Cells were sorted from the small size fraction (0.65-10 µm) of the oxic layer. Three SAGs were sequenced twice (CTM_AP_DA, CTM_AQ_DA, CTM_AR_DA).
