Transcriptome analysis of Phyllostachys edulis seedlings response to low potassium

In this study, transcriptomic analysis was conducted to investigate the leaves and roots of Phyllostachys edulis under low-K+ (0.005Mm K+) and normal-K+ (1Mm K+) , identifying the key biological pathways and key genes involved in P. edulis leaf and root response to potassium deficiency. Our findings lays the groundwork for developing P. edulis cultivars with improved tolerance to K+ deficiency.
