Immunotherapy datasets associated with TimiGP-Response pan-cancer TIME landscape

This version includes example bulk transcriptomics data related to the TimiGP-Response manuscript. It was preprocessed and saved as ".rda". Each file is a dataset including two variables:`rna` is the gene expression and `info` is the response information (1=responder, 0=non-responder).
