Oxidative stress patameters in round goby populations across wide latitudinal span

Data in the file RepOD_Europe_oxidative stress_round goby.xlsx present the results of the study of five round goby Neogobius melanostomus populations. Basic oxidative stress parameters: GSH (level of reduced gluthatione), GPx (activity of glutathione peroxidase), CAT (level of catalase activity) and LPO (level lipid peroxidation) were evaluated between sexes (males/frmales), tissues (liver/muscle) and countries (Turkey, Croatia, Slovakia, Poland and Finland).TL – total length in mmSex – F (female) / M (male)
