Roosts and movements of serotine bats (Cnephaeus serotinus)

These datasets contain information on autumn and winter roost locations of radio-tracked serotine bats (Cnephaeus serotinus) across an urban and a rural environment in the Netherlands. The studies were conducted between September 2020 and May 2022. The data are provided in three separate files: 1. Dataset related to serotine bat movements and ambient temperatures (.xlsx) 2. Dataset with movement distances and wind directions (.xlsx) 3. Dataset with roost locations and various building and landscape variables (.geojson) These datasets were used to prepare a manuscript and provide detailed information on bat behaviour, environmental conditions, and building and landscape characteristics of roost presences and pseudoabsences.
