资源简介:
Despite the current rapid development of targeted therapy and immunotherapy, chemotherapy is still the most common treatment for AML. However, relapse after chemotherapy remains a major obstacle to curative treatment of AML. Here, we found that the methyltransferase METTL14 was upregulated in drug-resistant AML cells, but overall m6A level was not significantly changed. Overexpression of METTL14 in AML cells increased resistance to chemotherapeutics, whereas downregulation of METTL14 increased sensitivity to chemotherapeutics.
