Precise genome editing is crucial for realizing the full potential of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). Using six hiPSC lines including those with point mutations, we evaluated Cas9-mediated gene targeting with guide RNAs (gRNAs) targeting three disease-linked mutations and the AAVS1 locus.
