Gene expression profile at single cell level of human neural stem cells (hNSCs) at 35degC and 37degC treatment.

In order to elucidate why mild hypothermia of 35degC could promote neurogenesis of cultured hNSCs, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to reveal the molecular mechanism. hNSCs cultured under differentiation condition at 35degC and 37degC were collected to perform scRNA sequence.
