Biochar enhances blue carbon stability in seagrass ecosystems

This project provides 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data from seagrass meadows sediment-associated samples collected under a biochar amendment experiment. The dataset was generated to examine how biochar addition influences microbial community composition and succession across sample types. Paired-end Illumina reads are provided to support downstream analyses of microbial diversity, community structure, and potential links to organic matter in seagrass ecosystems.
