Dataset for creating a look-up table to estimate amount of magnetic tracer (ug) based on their magnetic signal (uV). <br>Also included a README file for 'SPaQ measurements sample series'. Please read before using the data in the .CSV file.<br>The data was acquired with the SPaQ (DOI: doi.org/10.1063/1.5039150). The measured magnetic tracers are Sienna+ and Magtrace, both SPIONs. Currently, Magtrace is permitted to be used in human patients for the sentinel lymph node procedure. This look-up table can be used to (accurately) estimate the amount of iron inside a lymph node when measured with the SPaQ.

本数据集用于构建查找表,以通过磁信号(单位:微伏,uV)估算磁性示踪剂的质量(单位:微克,μg)。 此外还附带一份针对“SPaQ测量样本序列”的README文件,请在使用.csv格式的数据前仔细阅读。 本数据集通过SPaQ设备采集,其关联DOI为:doi.org/10.1063/1.5039150。本次测量所用的磁性示踪剂为Sienna+与Magtrace,二者均为超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIONs)。 目前Magtrace已获批准可应用于人类患者的前哨淋巴结手术。 本查找表可用于(精准)估算采用SPaQ设备测量时,淋巴结内的铁含量。
