Grassland Monitoring Team Data_Ratcliffe et al. 2022

This repository contains data and replication code for "Invasive species do not exploit early growing seasons in burned tallgrass prairies" by Ratcliffe, Hugh; Ahlering, Marissa; Carlson, Daren; Vacek, Sara; Allstadt, Andrew; Dee, Laura. <br> <br>The included data is a subset of the Grassland Monitoring Team dataset, collected from 2008 - 2019. These data were collected as part of a collaborative project which included the Minnesota Department of Nature Resources, the Nature Conservancy, and the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Data are included for public record and are available for public use.<br><br><b>Repository Contents</b><br>1. <b>GMT Analysis.Rmd </b>- Contains all R code used to implement regressions.
