Six view RGB video dataset with frame level key event labels for Taijiquan Bafa Wubu action quality assessment

This record provides a temporary five subject sample for peer review of the TaiForm dataset. It includes synchronized six view RGB videos for subjects 102, 108, 116, 118, and 141, together with six Excel annotation files and the corresponding scoring reference files. The sample is provided to allow direct inspection of the data structure, file organization, and frame level annotation scheme during manuscript review. This record does not contain the complete dataset and is not part of the final public data release. The full dataset is provided separately under controlled access through three Zenodo records described in the manuscript.
