PPARg-K107 SUMOylation regulates insulin sensitivity but not adiposity in mice

Homozygous K107R mutation of PPARg in mice alters the expression of its downstream target genes and increases insulin sensitivity but not adiposity. RNA-seq was performed using inguinal and epididymal white adiose tissue from high fat diet-fed WT and PPARg-K107R mutant adipose administered either rosiglitazone or vehicle.
