Habitat-, body size-, and nuptial colour-based isolation in benthic and limnetic stickleback

Three .csv files with associated .txt readme files and an R script file for replication of statistical analyses. The .csv files contain data from (1) a test of nesting habitat preference in male benthic and limnetic threespine stickleback, (2) a test of mate choice by female benthic and limnetic stickleback based on male nest habitat, and (3) mate choice trials between benthics and limnetics measuring the effects of size difference and male nuptial colour on hybridization rate.本数据集包含3个逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，.csv）文件、配套的纯文本（.txt）自述文档，以及一份用于复现统计分析的R脚本文件。3个.csv文件分别承载三类实验数据：（1）雄性底栖型与浮游型三刺棘鱼的筑巢栖息地偏好测试数据；（2）雌性底栖型与浮游型棘鱼基于雄性筑巢栖息地的配偶选择测试数据；（3）底栖型与浮游型棘鱼间的配偶选择试验数据，该试验用于量化体型差异与雄性婚色对杂交率的影响。
