Data availablity

This dataset encompasses multi-omics experimental results derived from pigeon liver tissue, including raw data and integrated analyses of transcriptomics and metabolomics, as well as partial QPCR validation data for key genes. The transcriptomic data delineates gene expression differences between high and low egg-laying pigeon livers, while the metabolomic data reveals disparities in metabolite levels and pathway enrichment between the two groups. Integrated analyses further explore the associations between gene regulation and metabolic phenotypes, providing multi-dimensional evidence for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying pigeon egg-laying performance.
