Reproducibility package for a network meta-analysis of regional analgesic strategies in lumbar spine surgery

This repository contains the retrospective protocol, analysis decision timeline, locked arm-level dataset, contrast dataset, statistical code, final search strategies, PRISMA materials, RoB 2 assessments, CINeMA judgments, contribution matrices, and included-study source index for the systematic review and frequentist network meta-analysis entitled “Comparative effectiveness of regional analgesic strategies across lumbar spine surgery types.” The five-node systematic review included 81 randomized controlled trials. Twenty-six trials contributed to at least one locked exact-data quantitative core, and the primary 24-hour resting-pain network meta-analysis included 23 randomized controlled trials and 1,544 participants. This archive was created retrospectively after completion of data extraction and analysis. It should not be interpreted as a prospective registration or preregistration. The materials are provided to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and independent verification.
