资源简介：
Purpose: To obtain samples from primary Human Airway Epitheilal (HAE) cells infected with SARS-CoV, SARS deltaORF6, SARS BatSRBD mutants or A/CA/04/2009 (H1N1) influenza for transcriptional analysis. The time points are 0, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84 and 96h post-infection for SARS viruses (except SHAE003 which did not include the 12 and 36h timepoints), 0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48h post-infection for H1N1 and 0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84 and 96h for mocks. There are 2-4 replicate samples for all conditions; Replicates are defined as 2-4 different wells, plated at the same time using the same cell stock for all replicates; Time matched mocks done in triplicate from same cell stock as rest of samples. Inoculation medium for mock infection was the same as the medium used for virus infection. Infection done at an MOI of 2 for SARS and 1 or 2 for flu. SHAE005 is the combined data from SHAE002, 003 and 004 - 3 replicate experiments.
