The invention concerns a scattering head， a scattering arrangement as well as a methodto produce an OSSB panel (Oriented Structural Straw Board) as well as an OSSBpanel and a layer thereof. By means of a control unit of the scattering head with at least two operation configurations， wherein the direction of rotation of at least one spindle is defined by the operation configuration， different products can be produced by selecting or activating different operation configurations. An OSSB panel with material particles of the length L within a range of 0 < L ≤ 120 mm， wherein material particles of a length L > 9，5 mm in a first surface of the layer with a portion of >30 % and/or in a second layer of the selfsame layer with a portion < 30 % are comprised， enables good usage in construction industry.
