Whole genome sequencing of Achromobacter sp. CSND-B12 and Brevibacterium sp. CSND-B09 isolated from tannery wastewater treatment plant

This project aims to sequence and analyze the genomes of two indigenous bacterial isolates, Achromobacter sp. CSND-B12 and Brevibacterium sp. CSND-B09, obtained from activated sludge of a tannery wastewater treatment plant in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The generated genome data will provide insights into the genetic basis of simultaneous nitrogen and chromium bioremediation potential.
