Martian Simulant and Component Data

Data associated with Fackrell et al. 2020 Development of Martian regolith simulants: Potential and limitations of Martian regolith as an in-situ resource. Included here is the raw XRF, Mossbauer, Reflectance and XRD files. The XRD files includes both the Raw scan files and CIF files that can be used in Rietveld Software such as Topas, also includes the Topas project file for the internal standard which contains machine specific parameters needed to replicate refinement.本数据集关联Fackrell等人2020年发表的研究《火星风化层模拟物的开发：作为原位资源的火星风化层的潜力与局限》。本数据集包含原始X射线荧光光谱（XRF）、穆斯堡尔光谱（Mossbauer）、反射光谱以及X射线衍射（XRD）文件。其中XRD文件既包含原始扫描文件，也包含可用于Topas等里特沃尔德（Rietveld）精修软件的晶体信息文件（CIF）；同时还附带了内标所用的Topas项目文件，该文件包含了复现精修流程所需的专属仪器参数。
