Computational source data for "Photorespiration is linked to DNA methylation by formate as a one-carbon source"

This dataset contains the computational source data required to run the R scripts in the accompanying GitHub repository for the manuscript “Photorespiration is linked to DNA methylation by formate as a one-carbon source” (in press). The archive mirrors the repository layout and provides three analysis folders, each with a source-data/ subtree: R/WGBS_analysis_LD_SD/source-data/R/WGBS_analysis_hCO2_cCO2/source-data/R/WGBS_analysis_m_t_mt_wt/source-data/ Use the R scripts from the GitHub repo (or the Zenodo code snapshot) and set the working directory to each script’s folder; relative paths such as ../source-data/... will resolve correctly. See the repository README for CLI helpers and details. Contents are described in README_DATA.md; checksums in MANIFEST.tsv.
