Experimental dataset for the electrical characterisation of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium with memory-like behaviour for biofunctional sensing

This dataset contains the experimental measurements associated with the manuscript "Electrical characterisation of fungal mycelium with memory-like behaviour for biofunctional sensing". The dataset includes current–voltage measurements, frequency-dependent electrical characterisation, photosensitivity experiments, PEDOT:PSS functionalisation studies, and equivalent circuit modelling data obtained from living Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium samples.
