This data is a supplement to the article "Optical rotatory power of nonlinear KTA crystal measured using improved dual-wavelength polarimetry". We used a dual-wavelength polarimeter with an advanced measurement scheme related to a conventional high-accuracy universal polarimeter to determine the ORP of nonlinear optical KTA crystals. The use of two samples with different orientations, two alternative crystal sets in the polarization system and the doubling of measured parameters through the use of two lasers made it possible to effectively address the main problem of high-accuracy polarimetry in the study of optical rotation, while accounting for systematic errors. Files contain: Two channeled spectra for plate of thickness d = 0.347 mm at temperatures 295 and 312 K, indicating an increase in LB with temperature (Figure 1b).Two tables with measurement data on a polarimeter correspond to the two crystal sets in the polarization system (0° і 90°).The tables present the temperature dependences of the main quantities measured for two wavelengths. (594 nm and 633 nm, indices respectively 1 і 2).Each table contains the temperature dependencies of cos1,2 and sin1,2. The dependencies of sin 1 and sin 2, which were calculated from the even functions cos 1 and cos 2, correspond to an increase in LB in both plates. This gives Figure 1a.The two invariant polarizer azimuths Theta_i1, Theta_i2 in deg (expression 4). Characteristic polarizer azimuths Theta_c1, Theta_c2 (also in deg) correspond to the minimum light intensity in the PSA system under the condition of crossed polarizer and analyzer (expression 6). Other functions required for calculations (expression 8) can be easily calculated and obtained in Fig. 3.
