Saccharomyces cerevisiae W303 Raw sequence reads

Main goals of the study is the quantification of the fitness effects of evolved mutations, and how much of the evolved variation contributes to adaptation in clonally evolving diploids. We generated bulk segregants between evolved clones and their ancestor. We used barcode-based fitness assays to determine segregant fitness in the evolutionary and alternative conditions and whole genome sequencing to genotype the sergeants in order to assign fitness values to evolved mutations.
