Market Analysis for the creation of an NGO for professional qualification of People with Hearing Impairment

The data set is part of the TCC of the MBA course at USP - University of São Paulo. This paper studied the creation of an NGO to train people with hearing impairments. The research was carried out with people with hearing impairment in the city of Londrina, in the state of Paraná, Brazil.
Participants were asked about their degree of deafness, educational context and their knowledge of the main skills that are being sought by employers nowadays; such skills were based on the Future of Jobs 2023 report, published by the World Economic Forum in May, 2023.
