This directory contains data and code related to the manuscript “Rules warp feature representations in decision-making circuits” by Ebitz, Tu, and Hayden.<br>The “dataWithLabels_nonIO_[region].mat” files include the raw neural data and associated behavior.<br>The file “uniqueBehavioralSessions.mat” separates out the behavior for unique sessions for any behavioral analyses.<br>See “DataFileExplanation.docx” for an explanation of the format of both types of data files.<br>Relevant code is included in the zip archive “codeRepository.zip”<br>Instructions for installing the code and an explanation of how each figure in the manuscript was generated is provided in “ruleChangeFigureNotes.pdf”
