The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of resistant starch type 3 (HARUNA PLUS) on the gut microbiota of constipated Thai adults. The total DNA of the fecal samples from the participants were sequenced by 16S rRNA amplicon metagenomic sequencing using a high-throughput sequencing platform.
