The differentially expressed genes after treatment of 5-AZA-CdR in OSCC cell lines

This study aimed to explore the candidate genes activated by the DNA methylation transferase inihibitor (DNMTi) 5-AZA-CdR. The OSCC cell lines were seeded into 6-well plates and were treased with 10 μM 5-AZA-CdR or DMSO for 48 hours. The differentally expressed genes by 5-AZA-CdR treatment were screened by RNA sequencing. The transcriptome sequencing studies were performed by deep sequencing, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
