WaterWise Hub Ecosystem Exchange Sessions – Anonymised country-level dataset and supporting materials (WCE)

This Zenodo record provides the anonymised, country-level consolidated dataset and supporting documentation used in the WaterWise Hub Open Research Europe (ORE) Brief Report on water circular economy (WCE) innovation ecosystems. The dataset is based on structured Ecosystem Exchange Sessions conducted in January 2026 (GA2, Bucharest), capturing (i) indicative self-assessed quadruple-helix collaboration maturity (1–5), (ii) key barriers, (iii) assets and leverage points, and (iv) peer-learning needs and offers. The dataset is intended for comparative synthesis and project learning and is not a statistically representative national survey.
