"This is an image of chromosomes at metaphase. Karyotyping requires segmenting and arranging the 48 chromosomes from the metaphase image to form a complete karyotype.The first dataset was collected from Zunyi First People\u2019s Hospital (Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University) and named the ZFPH dataset. It contains 2267 G-banded metaphase images, of which 1188 are finely annotated, with a spatial resolution of 1600 \u00d7 1200 pixels. This dataset has received ethical approval. The annotated data was randomly split into a training set 792 and a test set 396 in a 2:1 ratio.The second dataset is the publicly available Tseng dataset[23]. It contains 7000 G-banded metaphase images, 5000 of which include annotation information for 24 chromosome types. The annotated dataset was randomly divided into training sets 3500 and testing sets 1500 at a 7:3 ratio. "
