资源简介:
This dataset comprises the supplementary information and underlying data for the manuscript entitled "Fecal microbiota transplantation and Akkermansia muciniphila restore neurodevelopment and behavior via the microbiota-gut-brain axis in autism-like zebrafish." The data support the findings on how microbiota interventions impact neurodevelopment in a zebrafish model of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).The dataset includes:A detailed, step-by-step protocol for generating and maintaining germ-free (GF) zebrafish.Alpha diversity indices (Shannon, Simpson, Chao1) for the intestinal microbiota of both wild-type (AB) and Katnal2 mutant zebrafish at larval and adult stages, with and without Akkermansia muciniphila (Akk) supplementation. Results from beta-diversity analysis (PCoA), Venn diagrams of OTUs, and compositional bar charts (phylum and genus levels) comparing microbial communities across different developmental stages and genotypes.Data from LEfSe (Linear Discriminant Analysis Effect Size) analysis, identifying specific microbial biomarkers that distinguish the groups.Supplementary figures illustrating the expression levels of key neurodevelopment-related genes (e.g., spra, pah) following microbiota interventions.
